Description

It is a semiconductor device which makes silicon material and controls current. In digital circuit, transistor is basically used as amplifier, also, it can be used as a non- switch electronic switch.The transistor was once designed for high speed switching applications and it provides useful current gain over a wide range of collector current, low saturation voltage.
NPN transistor output type is used for connecting the load between + (plus) of power supply and sensor output in the circuit to be connected. PNP transistor output type is used to connect a load between the sensor output and the power supply – (minus) in the circuit to be connected.The input device to be connected is minus It becomes common type.
